When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. If you aren’t satisfied with the services provided by our studio, we offer a 10-day refund period (Terms & conditions apply). Note: Refunds may not apply to certain services, such as specialized workshops or advertising campaigns.
The pricing for our services, such as SEO, PPC, SMM, and email marketing, is determined based on your specific project needs and our service policies. Custom packages are also available to suit your business goals.
If you are located in a country where sales tax, goods and services tax, or value-added tax applies to consumer sales, we will collect and remit those taxes to the appropriate authorities. Depending on your location, the price you see may include such taxes, or tax may be added at checkout.
You agree to pay the fees for services purchased from our studio, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card, or use other payment methods (such as SEPA, mobile wallets, or wire transfers) to process your payments securely. We work with trusted third-party payment processors to ensure secure transactions.
If your payment method fails and you still receive access to the services (e.g., consultations, campaigns), you agree to provide payment within two (2) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to suspend access to services or ongoing projects until the payment is resolved.
If the service you purchased does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 10 days of payment. We may issue refunds either as credit toward future services or directly to your original payment method, depending on the circumstances. Refunds may not be applicable after the 10-day period.
